Laverda at Wallington

Sometime around 2000 there was a classic motorcycle show at Belsay Hall. I went along for a nice family day out, taking photos as I went. Still using a 35mm camera I had to wait for photos to use as referance for paintings. Over a few months I  produced a collection of classic bike study paintings on canvas. A couple of year later there was a similar event at Wallington Hall, northumberland. I managed to show my belsay based paintings in the clocktower there. It was at this event I photographed this view which I then painted in acrylics on a 12 x 16 inch canvas.
